And in order to keep doing so, we are constantly coming up with new tools to encourage business exchange between Twiggers and contribute for our members to be as active as they can in the group. 

Today we will talk about one of these tools in particular: Twig Business Report. If you aren’t familiarized with this tool yet, here is a brief explanation: Twig Business Report was created for Twig members to register in our system every time they exchange business with another agent from the group. 

It works like this: every time you exchange business with a Twig member, you should access your member area and click on your profile picture, which is located on the top right corner. Then, click on “Report a Business”.

Then, in order to report a business exchange, you need to complete the following steps: 

1. Fill in this form and help us identify with what member you have exchanged business;
2. We will send an email to the member to confirm the trade information;
3. Once we have the member’s confirmation, you will get some Twig Coins.

How many coins can you get by using Twig Business Report?

First business ever sent to another Twig member: 80 coins

Sending at least one shipment to another member in a month: 50 coins

Besides receiving Twig Coins every time you inform us about having exchanged business with other Twig members, you will also be contributing to the progress of our group. After all, these reports will be used as a way to identify the most active members of our network!
