Attention, Twiggers. We have big news for you today! Our next annual meeting, Twig Talk 2019, already has its date & venue confirmed. And as we get ready to be together once again, we are beyond excited to share all the details with you.

Twig Talk 2019 is going to take place in Playa del Carmen – Mexico, at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen Resort.

The meetings will happen from April 24-27 (Wednesday to Saturday).

For this edition of Twig Talk, we highly recommend all attendees to book flights arriving in Mexico on Tuesday, April 23rd, and departing on Sunday, April 28th.

Since this year’s agenda includes a full-day schedule for Saturday – including the closing party – it is really important that you stay until Sunday morning!

If you have attended any of our previous meetings, you already know Twig Logistics Network’s high-quality standards. But believe us when we say that you can expect an even greater experience this time.

In case you are a first-timer, get ready to experience the most valuable business atmosphere for freight forwarders worldwide. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!

Tuesday, April 23rd

On this date, attendees will be arriving and checking in at the hotel. Our team will be ready to welcome each one of you at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen’s lobby – where you can also do your registration for the event.

Wednesday, April 24th

Free morning for attendees to relax and enjoy the beach. At 3 pm, everyone will gather for a Beach Soccer Tournament promoted by Twig Logistics Network in the hotel’s beach area. After the tournament, it is time to get ready to attend the Welcome Cocktail, which will happen from 6 to 9 pm in the pool area of Paradisus La Esmeralda

Thursday, April 25th

In the morning, attendees will participate in a workshop with Twig Logistics Network’s Managing Director. At the occasion, Mr. Luz will give a warm welcome to everyone and kick off the event by sharing some of Twig’s news and accomplishments in the last year.

After the workshops, a group photo will be taken, followed by lunch. Then, it is time for the 1on1 meetings to begin. All meetings will be pre-scheduled by you on our system, and this is the perfect moment for you to develop strategic partnerships with other Twig members. The evening on Thursday is free for you to go out and explore Playa del Carmen!

Friday, April 26th

On Friday, we will kick off the day with more 1on1 meetings both in the morning and after lunch. From 4-6pm, attendees will get together for a Happy Hour at the conference’s foyer, where you can have drinks, lay-back and socialize with other attendees in a more casual way. After the Happy Hour, you are also free to go out and enjoy one of the several nightlife options available in the area.

Saturday, April 27th

The last day of our conference starts with a final round of 1on1 meetings during the day, followed by an amazing closing party at night. The Twig Fiesta will take place at Paradisus La Perla pool area from 7-11pm, and attendees can say goodbye to the event by enjoying a night full of food, drinks, music, and dance. The Twig Fiesta is the last official event of Twig Talk 2019.

Sunday, April 28th

Attendees get ready to check out of the hotel and go to the airport. One more conference successfully finished!
