Titan Cargo, Twig’s member from Belgium, is a freight forwarder and expert in breakbulk and oversize loads. The company is a small all-round logistics provider based in the Port of Antwerp. They are able to perform flexible and end-to-end logistics solutions to any location and with excellent customer service.

In the past years, Titan Cargo has performed several successful project cargo operations. The company’s wide experience in dealing with oversize cargoes allows them to know the best way to handle each shipment safely and effectively.

Breakbulk video contest

Titan Cargo  also produces drone videos showing the outcome of each project cargo operation performed by their team. Recently, one of these videos participated at a contest promoted by the organization Breakbulk Events & Media, which aimed to elect the best video for this kind of operation in 2017.

As the big prize, Titan’s video will have the honor of being displayed at the well-known Breakbulk Middle East Press Conference, which will happen in Abu-Dhabi, UAE from February 6th to 7th.

The video shows an operation that consisted on loading a shipment that had 1000 tons and 5000 cubic meters. The cargo was split into a total of 802 packages and required 100 truckloads. Besides, the company also had to deal with 2500 pages of customs documents.

Titan loaded this shipment at 22 different supplier locations and transported it in only one shipment out of the Port of Antwerp. Ten days later, the Breakbulk Cargo Bahrein vessel arrived safely in Turkey.
