Financial analysis

We aim to make Twig members feel safe when exchanging business with other freight forwarders inside the network. So before accepting a new agent, we also do an in-depth analysis of their financial balances, in order to ensure they will make a reliable partner within our group.

Market qualifications

Besides analyzing the financial background, we also check the agents’ qualifications. Twig Logistics Network has developed a system which awards our members with badges according to their qualifications in the logistics market. This will give your company more credibility to other freight forwarders in the network.

Member indications

Twig also likes to work with indications from members. The recommendations from reliable freight forwarders increase our chances of welcoming more great agents in our network! This also contributes for Twig members to develop a more personal relationship with each other, and, therefore, facilitates business generation.

Request company’s documents

As our final part of the selection, we request our prospect members to complete an online form. Through this form, we ask some general information about their freight forwarding company, such as the year they were founded, annual turnover, address, information about their staff, among other issues. This database helps Twig to know the professionals better and develop a custom relationship with them.
